22 Jul Saisonauftakt 2. Bundesliga Handball HSC Coburg mit Martin Zawieja
DE – Bereits in der 4.Saison ist Martin Zawieja im Bereich des Athletiktrainings verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung des Handball Zweitligisten HSC Coburg. Mit den Neuzugängen aus der 1.Bundesliga und einem Nationalspieler aus Tschechien versucht der HSC an die Leistungen der letzten Saison anzuknüpfen. Martin Zawieja hat alle Hände voll zu tun, weil die Vorbereitung nur 5 Wochen beträgt. In dieser Zeit müssen alle wichtigen Elemente aus dem Kraft-, Ausdauer- und Schnelligkeitsbereich integriert werden, damit die Mannschaft zum Saisonauftakt eine optimale Fitness präsentiert.
EN – Already in the 4th season Martin Zawieja is responsible for the preparation of the second division handball team HSC Coburg. With the new additions from the 1st Bundesliga and a national player from the Czech Republic, the HSC tries to build on the achievements of last season. Martin Zawieja has his hands full because the preparation is only 5 weeks. During this time all important elements of strength, endurance and speed have to be integrated so that the team presents an optimal fitness at the beginning of the season.
