27 Mrz Integration des Langhanteltrainings im Saarländischen Landeskader Karate
DE – Imola Szebényi-Thomas ist seit 2023 neue Landestrainerin im Saarländischen Karateverband für den Bereich Kata. Neben dem Aufbau eines neuen Landeskaders soll ebenso die Leistungssteigerung im Karate und in der Athletik fokussiert werden. Hierfür werden Teile des bereits erfolgreich umgesetzten Kraft- und Athletikkonzepts des 1. Shotokan Karate Club Frankenthal e. V. einfließen. Der erste Baustein wurde im letzten Landeskadertraining mit der Grundausbildung in den Langhanteltechniken, sowie die Integration einer Minitestbatterie für das Heimtraining durch Christian Szebényi-Thomas, gelegt.
EN – Imola Szebényi-Thomas is the new state coach in the Saarland Karate Association for the area of Kata since 2023. In addition to the development of a new national squad, the focus will also be on improving performance in karate and athletics. For this, parts of the already successfully implemented strength and athletics concept of the 1st Shotokan Karate Club Frankenthal e. V. will be incorporated. The first building block was laid in the last state squad training with the basic training in barbell techniques, as well as the integration of a mini test battery for home training by Christian Szebényi-Thomas.
