DE – Die intensive Arbeit im Kraftraum hat sich gelohnt. Es gab eine optimale Medaillenausbeute und ich durfte mit meiner Planung und Unterstützung im Krafttraining einen Teil dazu beitragen. Komplettiert wurde das gute Abschneiden des Teams mit einem 6.Platz im 4er und einem 8.Platz im 1er. Eine gute Generalprobe für die Qualifikationsweltmeisterschaft für die Olympischen Spiele 2028, im nächsten Jahr in Luzern. Hier werden die wichtigen Startplätze für Olympia 2028 vergeben. Ich freue mich schon auf die anstehenden Aufgaben in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bundestrainer Marc Stallberg.

EN – All that hard work in the weight room has paid off. We achieved an excellent medal haul, and I was able to play my part through my planning and support with strength training. The team’s strong performance was rounded off with a 6th place in the four-man event and an 8th place in the single-man event. It was a good dress rehearsal for the World Qualification Championships for the 2028 Olympic Games, which will take place next year in Lucerne. This is where the crucial starting places for the 2028 Olympics will be allocated. I’m already looking forward to the tasks ahead in collaboration with national coach Marc Stallberg.
