08 Nov Start der C-Trainerausbildung GVRLP
DE – Die zweite diesjährige C-Trainerausbildung im Gewichtheberverband Rheinland-Pfalz (GVRLP) wird an zwei Ausbildungsorten mit dem KSC Schifferstadt und den KSV Grünstadt stattfinden. Das große Interesse hat selbst den Referenten Christian Szebényi-Thomas überrascht. Die Ausbildung konnte mit 18 Teilnehmern begonnen werden. Der erste große Themenkomplex waren die Methodischen Reihen des Reißens, Umsetzens und des Ausstoßens im Gewichtheben.
EN – This year’s second C-coach education in the Rhineland-Palatinate Weightlifting Association (GVRLP) will take place at two training locations with the KSC Schifferstadt and the KSV Grünstadt. Even the instructor Christian Szebényi-Thomas was surprised by the high level of interest. The training programme started with 18 participants. The first major topic was the methodical series of snatching, cleaning and jerking in weightlifting.
