DE – Der HSC Coburg geht mit neuem Trainerpersonal in die Vorbereitung der Rückrunde der Handball Bundesliga. Martin Zawieja als externer Athletiktrainer ist bereits seit 10 Jahren in Coburg tätig und unterstützt den Verein im Athletiktraining. Mit Fabian Lauenstein als neuer Athletiktrainer und dem neuen Cheftrainer Brian Ankersen steht der Verein vor der großen Aufgabe, die Rückrunde erfolgreich zu gestalten. Zum Saisonauftakt hat Martin Zawieja neben einen Ausdauer- und Krafttest vor Ort steht die Periodisierung und Trainingsplanung der Athletik im Fokus.
EN – HSC Coburg starts the preparation for the second half of the Handball Bundesliga with new coaching staff. Martin Zawieja as external athletic trainer has already been working in Coburg for 10 years and supports the club in athletic training. With Fabian Lauenstein as the new athletic trainer and the new head coach Brian Ankersen, the club faces the big task of making the second half of the season successful. At the start of the season, Martin Zawieja focused on the periodization and training planning of athletics in addition to an endurance and strength test on site.
