28 Jun C-Trainerausbildung Gewichtheben im GVRLP
DE – Mit Freude blickt der Referent für Wissenschaft und Lehre im Gewichtheberverband Rheinland-Pfalz Christian Szebényi-Thomas auf die erste C-Trainerausbildung im Jahr 2022, die mit 13 Traineranwärtern auf sehr großes Interesse stößt. Neben den klassischen Methodischen Reihen, Trainingsplanung und der Fehlererkennung und Korrektur wird es am 3. Ausbildungswochenende ein kleines Highlight geben. Die Trainer dürfen sich im Rahmen der Ausbildung direkt am Sportler behaupten und ihr vermitteltes Wissen in der Praxis anwenden. Ein großer Dank geht hierfür an CrossFit Rhein-Neckar, die die Räumlichkeiten für die Ausbildung und die Organisation der Probanden für diesen besonderen Praxisteil in die Hand genommen haben.
