DE – Die Inhouse-Schulung der Trainer im CrossFit Speyer mit Christian stand vor allem im Zeichen des Erfahrungsaustauschs, wie man Sportlern bestimmt Technikverbesserungen an die Hand geben kann. Zwei markante Sachen haben sie dabei wie ein roter Faden durch die Schulung gezogen. Oftmals sind wenige Worte mehr und der Schlüssel zum Erfolg liegt meistens in der Einfachheit der Hilfestellung.

EN – The in-house training of the coaches at CrossFit Speyer with Christian was mainly about sharing experiences on how to give athletes certain technique improvements. Two striking things have drawn them like a red thread through the training. Often a few words are more and the key to success usually lies in the simplicity of the assistance.
