17 Juni Das Landesleistungszentrum (LLZ) im Gewichtheben soll mit der Unterstützung von Christian neuen Aufwind bekommen
DE – Leider sucht der Gewichtheberverband Rheinland-Pfalz (GVRLP) seit nunmehr 2 Jahren einen neuen hauptamtlichen Landestrainer, der am LLZ Mutterstadt seine Aufgaben umsetzen würde. Um eine Zwischenlösung zu finden, hat der Präsident des GVRLP Patrick Fassott, Christian Szebényi-Thomas gefragt ob dieser Übergangsweise als Trainer am LLZ das Training leiten und übernehmen könnte. Seit Mai 2025 nimmt Christian die Aufgabe war und muss die Balance zwischen Technikerlernen und Technikverbesserung bei den Athleten und Athletinnen finden.
EN – Unfortunately, the Rhineland-Palatinate Weightlifting Association (GVRLP) has been looking for a new full-time state coach for two years now, who would be able to carry out his duties at the LLZ Mutterstadt. In order to find an interim solution, the President of the GVRLP Patrick Fassott asked Christian Szebényi-Thomas if he would be able to lead and take over the training as a coach at the LLZ on an interim basis. Christian has been in charge since May 2025 and has to find a balance between teaching the athletes technique and improving their technique.
